I make this about every other week. I started to use about 200 gr of whole wheat flour instead of the 120 in the recipe and it has been great. Today I used 200 gr of rye flour and kept everything else the same. Although it seems fine, it didn't have the same consistency as before when i put it into the pan. It tastes fine but I think it could be better. Should the water have been adjusted?
