bought the pan, made the bread -- mine looks a little more dense than yours but the taste is terrific and the ease of making it can't be beat! I want to play around with a little more wheat/rye next time. Also wondering... my husband accidentally bought bleached AP flour (not King Arthur, of course). Can I sneak a little of that into the mix just so it gets used up, or should I absolutely save it for something else?
