Hi Liliana! You can certainly add your favorite type of seeds to your sourdough bread recipe by folding them in once you have mixed your dough to completion. Check out our seeded multigrain sourdough bread for inspiration! You can add between 1/4-3/4 cups of seeds like sesame, poppy, flax, sunflower, and chia to the dough for extra flavor and texture. With smaller seeds like poppy, err on the side of 1/4 cup, but for larger seeds like sunflower you can use the higher end of the range towards 3/4 cups.
