Thanks again Morgan for your prompt reply. Nice to know that it should rise a little more and be slightly taller than the sides of the 9x4x4 pan. It definitely did not rise hardly at all but it was 1" from the top of the pan when I put it in the oven. The first two raises were perfect though. I'm going to try it again today!
