I’m not sure how this would be one loaf - I have made this twice as one loaf, and it’s delicious, but it’s an inch from the top of the pan before even the second rise, and as a result it’s a bit dense inside (or as they’d say on the Great British Bake Off, stodgy). Even the Pullman Pan instructions say it’s for a 3-4 cup loaf, and this is 5+.
I look forward to making two loaves next time! Not that I’m complaining, they’ll go fast.
