Everything went perfect just as you described, however, after I cut the slit in the top of the dough it wouldn’t stay apart, it just rolled back in on itself. Also, even though I let it rise to within an inch of the top of the pan it didn’t rise so well in the oven. Any thoughts? It did taste very good though
