We're glad to hear that this bread is well-loved in your family too, Deepal! There are a couple of things you can try when it comes to adding quinoa to a loaf, you can cook the quinoa ahead of time or you can make an overnight soaker, as described in our 3 ways to switch up bread baking article. We'd recommend trying it both ways to see what you like best, the precooked grains will alter the texture of the loaf less but the soaked grains will add a little bite to the loaf.
