I absolutely love this recipe! I bake this bread almost every week, and it turns out great every time! My family loves the addition of sesame seeds on top. And, I would like to add quinoa and flax seeds into the dough (not on top). Do you think that that's a good idea for this recipe? If so, what adjustments should I make? Thank you so much!
