This bread is easy, fantastic, and quite delicious. It’s amazing toasted and grilled for a next-level grilled cheese sandwich. After making all sorts of complex sourdough boules/batards, this could easily be my go-to bread. I guess that’s why you called it”everyday bread”....Thanks PJ!
