Hi there, Debbie! We haven't tested the recipe in that baker but we think it would work out just fine! The Glazed Long Covered Baker is suitable for recipes with 4 to 6 cups of flour in them so this recipe should fit well as written. We'd suggest trying a test loaf with the original recipe PJ shared here and seeing how you like it, then if you find you'd like a taller loaf or it didn't quite fill the pan the way you'd hoped you can increase the recipe by 20%.
