Baked one this morning. Wow!!! Looks great and taste great. I have been baking sourdough for past year. I’ve been trying all sorts of no knead recipes. Most came out good except for the really high hydration ones. This recipe is incredibly easy and good. I just ordered a new loaf pan that you recommended. Thank you this recipe!!
