Hi, the Bake setting on my oven is broken, and this darn pandemic has delayed the delivery of my new oven until June. Can this loaf be made using the Convection Bake oven setting? (that setting on my oven still works) If so, what adjustments to temperature or baking time should be made? Looking forward to trying it and just bought your 9x4x4 pan for this recipe. Thank you!
