Hi there, Catherine! We haven't tested this recipe using our Keto Wheat Flour. When testing recipes using our flour though, we found that in sourdough breads the flour worked best in recipes with shorter rise times. We'd recommend checking out our Rustic Sourdough Bread recipe, or if you're looking for a sourdough bread that doesn't use commercial yeast, check out our Naturally Leavened Sourdough Bread.
