This sourdough bread is heavenly! I have been intimidated by sourdough starter but King Arthur fresh starter makes the sourdough bread process not intimidating. The bead came out with a nice sourdough flavor. I have starter stored I’m my refrigerator, so I will be making more bread and rolls.
P.J. I love your sense of humor and thank you for giving me the confidence to try making sourdough bread.
