Hi PJ, I tried this recipe and it turned out excellent except the top crust was a little too crunchy for my husband so I told him to cut if off. I don't have the 9 x 4 pan yet and my loaf did crack all the way around just like in the picture you showed. Is their any other reason for the cracking except the wrong size pan? Thanks!
