I'm just a beginner and this is my second loaf ever. First one was a knead bread, which I over kneaded... And this one came out gummy... I did read in the comments a few people baked it for 55 instead of 45 min. Maybe it's undercooked? I don't have a thermometer to check the inside temperature... Will have to keep practicing I guess..
I have tried the crackers, crumpets and discard waffles and they all turned out perfect!
