Hi MJ! You're welcome to give this a try, but this is a slack dough so baking it free-form in your cloche might make for a loaf that is a bit squat. You'll want to do your best to shape the boule tightly so that it'll be encouraged a bit more to rise upwards rather than spread outwards. Best of luck and happy baking!
