This bread turned out amazing! Followed the directions except added only rye flour and did not have the pan. Used 9X5. I ordered one today. My first sourdough without any added yeast. Used my discard from feeding day so it raised great. Used Everything Bagel topping on top. Doesn’t even need butter for flavor. I will use this no fuss, sandwich bread weekly after feeding my sourdough.
