Wow, use whole wheat flour for feeding my starter! Revelatory. I'm anxious to try PJ's sourdough bread recipe soon, and my starter has been neglected. I'm hopeful that by tomorrow by 4 pm. the starter will look ready to go. I'll leave it out on the counter overnight. Thanks to you, Morgan, and PJ, and all of you sharing bakers, for the education I've received over the years. And especially this last, difficult year; you've kept me sane.
