Hi can please tell me what I am doing wrong I have tried this twice and fail both times . First I thought made it a 9x5 pan so I bought the 9x4x4 tried it again and still the same result my starter is very active and ripe the only think I can think of I used high gluten bread flour rather than the normal bread flour because that is what I had on hand. I bought KA bread flour today and will give another go. Please help
