Hi there, Jenni! You can increase this recipe by 44% to make it fit in the larger pain de mie pan with the lid, we'd recommend baking the bread with the lid on for 25 minutes and 20 without it. If you won't be baking with the lid on the pan, it would be OK to increase the recipe by an even 50%, the baking time will be the same. Happy baking!
