Made this in a 9 X 5 pan with white/whole wheat flour and KA AP flour as I did not want to invest in yet one more pan to find room for. Came out fine. My beloved wife loves it for sandwiches. Very easy to make. Always make two loaves over the weekend and also made one of my usual sourdough loaves that involves hours of folding and overnight in the basket in the fridge. Bake in 500F dutch oven. More work but I love the flavor and texture.
