Hi please tell me what I did wrong I followed the directions , I used discard starter that has been very active and ripe I started the sponge the night before when I put it in to rise I left it for 5 hours and it rose just a bit. I then baked it and got a brick . I just used a loaf pan did not have the size you called for. Will try again when I feed starter on Sunday, and bake on Monday, will be getting the right size pans on Sunday. I hope for better results.
