Fantastic! Who knew a recipe that’s so easy could turn out so wonderful - and for the first time I actually got the real sourdough flavor (I have only been working with sourdough since last fall so maybe my starter just had to “get there”).

Now if somebody could just tell me how to keep my topping from getting so overly browned.
