Excuse my ignorance, but am confused on the recipe. For an all-white loaf, you indicate to substitute an ADDITIONAL cup of bread flour instead of the whole wheat and rye.
So...do you mean approx. 4 cups bread flour, plus an additional cup. (which would be approx 5 cups total in the recipe)
Or... do you mean 4 cups of bread flour, plus the one cup (that would have been WW and rye), PLUS an additional one cup, making for approx 6 cups total in the recipe. Loved the potential of this recipe and appreciate your write up. So anxious to try.
