Hey BJ! Thank you so much for taking the intimidation out of Sour Dough baking. The starter was successful; but my first try at bread didn't work out so well. I saw your recipe and decided to give it another go. Success! My husband loves it as well-double plus. With fewer directions and "musts" I was able to navigate easily. This morning I started sour dough crackers!
