I like your comments about less fuss sourdough. All the rules put me off, plus I don't want to have to make something else with the discard. With only two people it is too much baked goods to eat.

Is it possible to make a 100% whole wheat version of this bread or adapt this no-discard technique to other sourdough recipes (like the 100% Whole Wheat Sourdough)? Thanks.
