I don't know what went wrong. I made dough as said and used scale and everything.. Dough was super thick!! Thought it was soft dough and left to rise. Couldn't do a thing with it.. I'm so 😥.. Used dough whish too. I've made lots of sourdough but never like your recipe. Maybe wrong measurements? Please let me know. I even purchased a 9x4x4 pan as you suggested! Help
