I’d love to try this but don’t have a 9x4 pan (and I think I’d be in a lot of trouble if I bought yet another pan!). I do, however, have the 13x4x4 pain de mie pan you sell. Can you remind me how much to scale up for that pan? Do you think it will work well? And if using the lid, how long do you bake with/without the lid? Thanks so much.
