I tried to double my first batch. Noticed my Kit. Aid mixer was smoking. So I hand needed for 25 minutes. Not good. The rolls were "Bride's or Groom's Buns". The were actually hard on the tops, even with hot butter the were hard. Was so sad after hearing how well a tangzoghn
