Posie thank you SO much for your No Knead Sourdough recipe on Food52. I’m using Red Star Instant Sourdough in it and the results are great. Could you devise a seeded sourdough rye? In HI, our fridges are full of flour, nuts, spices and the sourdough starter got nudged out!
