Niki March 30, 2021 at 9:47am I'd like to see how to adjust recipes to cater for the higher humidity in southern states. I live in Florida and if I use the amount of water specified in a bread recipe, my dough will be so wet that it's unkneadable, untameable and unshapeable. Reply
