Looking forward to this series. Your site is our Bread Bible. Can you include topics related to using a bread machines for those who do not have a heavy duty mixer or have problems with arthritis? I use my bread machine for the mixing and/or some kneading but always bake in the oven on a baking stone or in a dutch oven depending upon type of bread.
