I have only been baking breads for about four months, concentrating mostly on sourdough with surprisingly good success! But I have not yet found a good recipe yet for a basic loaf of rye bread! To me, rye bread is an oblong rounded loaf, quite crusty, with caraway seeds and a nice rye flavor. Probably more of a white rye. Can you help? I hope the course will cover some.
