I am very new to the bread making scene. I have learned a simple pizza dough, yeast bread and tried my hand at a simple (not sour) artisan bread. I think the pizza and other yeast recipes are by far my best. Not quite at artisan level. Shame to be as old as I am and just now starting to enjoy the art of baking bread. I look forward to watching you. BTW, I love love love King Arthur bread flour. It's absolutely the best ever.
