looking forward to the series. I wonder if you could include a visual reference for bread sizes, all the wonderful shots of artisan bread never show the size of the loaf, a 500g loaf appears the same as 1000g without a standard reference and so its hard to compare what ive just baked with what a recipe shows. maybe a 5 bag of flour would be suitable, Thanks Dan
