I'm very much looking forward to this series. I've been doing more baking during the past year, and have stepped up my bread game since the fall. It's a great creative outlet for me, my family has loved not having store bought bread (I don't think we'll ever be able to go back now—they won't let me) and friends enjoy receiving the extra loaves.
