So excited for this, especially with Andrew Janjigian - big fan of his low maintenance approach! Would love to see 100% rye and other whole grain breads that use the bread boss approach or something similar - I've been struggling to find good, low maintenance recipes.

Also, info on incorporating seeds and other add-ons, please! Thank you to KA for making this happen, this site is a wonderful resource in addition to your top notch products!
