I entered Brioche into the King Arthur search box and ended up finding a story that is sweeter than any 'sweet bread', a family and community that could teach gluten a thing or two about supporting each other to rise above the sides of the loaf pan! I will have to add Viola's Heritage Bread to the list of places I store in Google Maps for my travel wish list destinations (once we can travel again). From Canada I say - Be Well and Bake on!
