Hi, Thanks for the post. I love using KA Unbleached Bread flour! My daughter is GF. Do you think I could make a Sourdough Starter from your 1 for 1 GF flour and Khorasan wheat (I buy from Central Milling :) or Kamut? Then, make a Sourdough loaf with the same 2 flours in some ratio, plus Water and Salt. Have you tried that?
