Hi, I use your 1-1 Gluten Free flour in a recipes a lot. However, I notice I have a hard time measuring it, as I almost have to pack it in the measuring cup for it to fill it. I want to weigh it instead to get a more consistent and accurate measurement. What is the weight of a cup of the 1-1 gluten free flour?
