Hi Ruth, all of our gluten-free mixes are Certified Gluten-Free by the non-profit Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), a program of the Gluten Intolerance Group©, and the oat flour used is gluten-free. We encourage you to check out our Allergen Program page to find out the most up to date information about our production facilities and practices, and to consult your doctor if you're concerned about whether our mixes are safe for you to use.
