I'm 100% GF, such as food, vitamins, medicine (which they have fillers) hair color, make-up, soaps, shampoos, face and body creams, due to adverse health reactions to gluten. I'm very happy I found King Arthur GF flour and other products, also by providing the customers with a variety of GF recipes. I have baked several of their recipes from banana breads, muffins and fudge which they always come out to the perfection.
