Thanks. I definitely want to try the King Arthur Bread Machine Sourdough Bread recipe. Since I'm using the 3 pound West Bend bread machine, I'd like to convert the King Arthur 1 or 1 and a 1/2 pound recipe to a 3 pound recipe. The one pound recipe calls for 1 tsp yeast, 200 g bread flour, and 301 g of sourdough starter. Doesn't look reasonable, if I just take the one pound recipe and triple it. Do you have some tips on how I might make a reasonable 3 pound loaf with this recipe?
