I have been using my Zo for years, using the dough cycle and then baking in the oven. I end up with huge beautiful loaves doing this. My problem is that I could only make regular yeast breads due to lack of knowledge on how to program my Zo and use it for different breads such as sourdough. This article has really helped!! I would love it if as many bread recipes as possible could have detailed program instructions for that particular loaf on King Arthur! I love the recipes and love the site. Thanks to all who make this site so great!
