Hi! I love your keto flour. Thank you for making it! I also love my sourdough starter. I’ve been experimenting with using the starter as leavening with a mixture of bread flour and keto flour in the dough (trying to reduce the bread flour and increase the keto flour with each try). Do you have any recommendations?
