Hi Heather, yes, I think this recipe would be suitable for baking in a 9" pullman pan, although you may need to tweak the shaped rise time as well as the baking time a bit. Allow the dough to rise about 1/2 inch below the top of the pan and remove the lid about 25 minutes into the bake so you can keep an eye on your loaf and make sure it browns up appropriately.
