For more details on baking with this flour, check out our A guide to keto baking blog article. We haven't tried using this flour in a 2 ingredient bagel recipe but you're welcome to experiment with it! If the recipe calls for self-rising flour, you can make a DIY blend using the Keto Wheat Flour in place of the all-purpose flour in our Homemade Self-Rising Flour recipe.
