We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed our Keto Wheat Flour, Carrie! You sure can use this flour in place of the conventional wheat flour called for in any recipe. For more details on baking with this flour, check out our A guide to keto baking blog article. We haven't tried using this flour in a 2 ingredient bagel recipe but you're welcome to experiment with it! If the recipe calls for self-rising flour, you can make a DIY blend using the Keto Wheat Flour in place of the all-purpose flour in our Homemade Self-Rising Flour recipe.
