I was so excited when I ordered this flour, but upon arrival I realized it has dairy in it - whey and buttermilk. This is so sad because I have a microbakery that is carb-conscious and dairy-free and I thought this would be a holy grail find. Is there any way to have a dairy-free product in the future??
