Hi Peter, yes, the Keto Wheat Flour absorbs more liquid than our AP flour, so you'll need to add about 2 tablespoons extra water per each cup of Keto Wheat Flour you substitute. Aim for a soft dough, but keep in mind that you may not have to knead quite as long or as vigorously when using this flour.
